On April 15, 2023, the San Diego Filipino Cinema, in partnership with the New Americans Museum, hosted the Book Signing and Meet & Greet event of community leader, attorney, philanthropist, and author Loida Lewis.
Loida Lewis is a Filipina-American woman who shares the fascinating and whirlwind exploration of her life and achievements as a wife who dealt with her husband’s untimely death at the age of 50, as a mother who raised two independent daughters, and as a Filipina-American who climbed her way to the top to gain the trappings of success as a respected New York lawyer today in her newly released book “Why Should Guys Have All the Fun?”.
